Expo$ure Analysis, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Martin L. Leibowitz. Mr. Leibowitz is a Martindale Hubbell “av” rated attorney who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, in 1983; and the United States Supreme Court in 1990. He received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1977 and was elected to the University of Florida Hall of Fame. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1981. Mr. Leibowitz was the Chair of the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar for 2002-2003, a member of the Jacksonville and American Bar Associations; and the Jacksonville and Florida Defense Lawyers Associations. He has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation insurance defense since 1983, after serving with the Office of the State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit, from 1981. He has been a Guest Lecturer at Numerous Continuing Legal Education Seminars throughout the State regarding various Florida workers’ compensation issues including “Arising out of and in the Course of Employment Cases including ‘Going and Coming Rule’, Traveling Employee Doctrine, Deviation from Employment and Lunch Time Accidents”, Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Certification Review Course, 1991, 1992, Attorney’s Fees, Indemnity Benefits, Present Value of Future Benefits Calculations, Online Medical and Legal Research, 2000, and is a Department of Insurance Approved Lecturer for Continuing Education Courses for Insurance Adjusters. He was the Guest Editor of the News and 440 Report, the Florida Bar, in 1996 and 2000. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Leibowitz is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. He is a member of Florida Blue Key; Omicron Delta Kappa, and Tau Epsilon Phi.
